For The Love of Fitness
Give the gift of a healthy heart this Valentine's day! Join us for 30 minutes of Zumba and 45 minutes of yoga, both taught by an amazing instructor Colleen Caul. Feel free to participate in one or both of the fitness segments. There will be a fifteen minute break in between them, and a reception with food, drink and a raffle will follow yoga. All proceeds from this event will be used to purchase healthy food and home fitness equipment. Participants have the option to donate a ticket to our Fit and Food Connection clients.
