Monthly Goal: try to clear one area or get rid of one thing every day
Find one area that you use frequently- your bedroom, office, car, etc, and take some time to declutter and clean. Not just a surface clean, but a deep clean. Going through drawers, storage boxes, under the bed, everywhere and anywhere that there might be things hiding that do not serve you anymore. Not only will this save you time in the future when you easily can locate needed things, but it will also help make you feel calmer whenever you are in that space.
