We are more than halfway through the year now. Back in April we talked about creating a clean environment in order to create a calmer mindset. Go back and check on how you’re doing with this. Did you do the cleaning? Has what you organized stayed organized? Find one area that is typically a catchall for all of your things- for me, it’s the bed in my guest bedroom. Commit to clearing this object off and then keeping it “stuff” free for the entirety of August.
