In today’s world, it is so easy to get sucked into all of the technology temptations we have around us. Those temptations can take us away from the real things happening in our life. Make it your goal in December to put your phone away during all meals, even if you’re not eating with anyone else. If you need to be doing something, try reading a book while you eat or listening to music.
