Deep Breathing Exercise

Next time you are waiting in line or at a stop light, instead of instinctively reaching for your phone, try this deep breathing exercise:

    • Breathe in for 4-6 seconds and then exhale for the 4-6 as well
    • While inhaling, think of something positive, while exhaling, think of getting rid of something that is taking up space on your mind that is out of your control
