Virtual Beginner Chair Yoga from Head to Toe

Join us for a new Virtual Beginner Chair Yoga series as we move our bodies from the top of the head all the way down to the toes. These beginner level, stress-relieving sessions will feature chair and standing poses for strength and balance and ending in svasana – rest and relaxation – to find inner stillness.
