Find one item on the list provided this month to help improve your sleep and try it for at least one consecutive week this month. While you are trying it, pay extra attention to how it affects you. Take time to answer these questions in your head or in a journal:
- Are you having an easier time falling asleep?
- Staying asleep better?
- Waking up more refreshed?
- How is your energy throughout the day? Is it different that before?
