Through this group workout class, you will be learning how to effectively train your body to increase levels of overall bodily strength, health, and wellness. Your trainer will be guiding you through a variety of impactful body weight exercises to provide you with a quality workout. By targeting specific muscle groups, introducing fun and do-able movements, and leading the class with encouragement, your trainer will have you experiencing a month-long journey of fitness to improve your overall health.
