Virtual Stretching and Deep Breathing Series

Each week, you will be guided through centering, a breathing technique, warming of the body and active gentle stretching. With a focus on a new type of breath work each class as well as a specific area of the body for warming and stretching, you will feel empowered to use the breathing techniques as part of a regular meditation practice, and find that the stretches can be done daily to help relieve physical stiffness and stress.
