Why We Need Water

Don’t forget to drink your water! Here are some reminders of how it can improve your life and your health.

-It lubricates the joints which decreases joint pain 

-ALL of our organs rely on water to be able to function 

-It keeps skin hydrated and healthy looking 

-It regulates body temperature

-Hydration promotes brain function- without it we can have difficulty thinking clearly and reasoning

-It aides in digestion by creating saliva to help break down our food and prevents constipation by keeping  our bowels moving regularly 

-It helps our body flush out waste in the form of sweat, urine, and feces. 

Easy Ways to Drink More Water:

-Start your day with drinking one full glass first thing

-Begin each meal with a glass of water

-Take a water bottle with you everywhere you go
